As I went to buy a pint of ice cream…

…for myself (yes, I’m eating halfway through it already, and I expect that by summer, I will be a fattie), the cashier told me I was pretty. It made me smile, since I’m not used to compliments as genuine as how that guy said it, from strangers.
I felt prettier, and it made me forget about how haggard commuting makes me :)
Note to guys: Tell a girl a random but genuine compliment, and I promise you that you’ll really brighten her day!
